Shipping within New Zealand is free. We aim to ship you order within 1-2 working days. All orders are sent on an overnight courier service within New Zealand. We will contact you if there is a delay with your order. For all our orders we use a Courier Post signature required track and trace courier pack. We require a physical address be given so that the package can be signed for on delivery. If there is no one to sign for the package the courier driver will leave a card to call with details for redelivery. A daytime business address can be ideal for delivery. Your track and trace number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. To track your parcel have your track and trace number ready and either call Courierpost on 0800 COURIER or visit www.courierpost.co.nz. Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days.
Please contact us for a quote. Items will be shipped GST exclusive however there may be custom taxes / duty charged by the recipient country direct to the customer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs if your item will incur charges.
Items shipped within New Zealand can be returned for exchange or store credit. Refunds will only be assessed on a case by case basis. Please email us on email@example.com advising of your intent to return or exchange first. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned with original packaging and boxes. Please wrap the goods securely. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the goods in the same unworn condition as they were delivered. All items are subject to inspection by Youngs Jewellers before a credit or exchange can be processed. Items that have been sized or engraved can not be returned and are considered final sales.
