A lovely handmade ruby and diamond 18ct cluster ring featuring a natural 1.19ct oval ruby, pale pinky red (Gemset 979) with a bright lively appearance. The eight surrounding brilliant cut diamonds total 1.983ct , F colour, SI1 clarity. The diamonds set in 18ct white gold . The band in plain 18ct yellow gold.
