The ring set with a central claw set oval (stepped down chequerboard cut outer facets) tourmaline weighing 5.80cts (Gemset colour 1034) . The tourmaline surrounded by twelve claw set pink sapphires, bright in appearance and well cut. The wide 18ct yellow band surmounted by eight white gold set brilliant cut diamonds either side of the cluster. Diamonds total .665ct,  D-E colour, VS clarity, Grade 1.
